Barely Domestic Mama blog belongs to Joanne. She started blogging on Blogger.com with http://www.barelydomesticmama.blogspot.com/ . Our bloggertowp team helped her to migrate her blog from Blogger.com to self-hosted WordPress blog.
What we did?
- Joanne wanted the same theme (template) that she had on her old Blogger.com blog. We designed the same theme for new WordPress blog.
- Migrated all the posts and comments from Blogger.com blog to WordPress blog.
- Took care of permalink structure to get one to one redirection from old blog to new blog.
- Managed Feedburner subscribers, Google Friend Connect (GFC) Followers and State Counter on WordPress blog.
- Added all the Gadgets and contents that were on Blogger.com blog into WordPress blog.
- Finally did SEO for new WordPress blog.
