I get a 403 error and the following.

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache mod_fcgid/2.3.6 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 Server at thehappymillstone.com Port 80

The home page redirects fine, but individual pages do not.

Solved. This was security issue at my hosting site, not a coding issue. After contacting hostgator, the problem was fixed.
