I did every step as mentioned but my individual Posts dont redirect ! ! !

For Example :

Clicking this link » http://www.pharmadost.info/2010/09/ccdc-gold-suite-412-cadd-molecular.html
Should redirect to » http://pharmadost.info/2010/09/23/ccdc-gold-suite-4-12-cadd-molecular-docking-software-on-request/

But redirecting to : http://pharmadost.info/2010/09/ccdc-gold-suite-412-cadd-molecular.html

which is my WordPress Default 404 Redirect Page !
