Blog Moved to WordPress
One Flew Over is a blog authored by Kate, who likes to write about her crafting skills – mainly quilting and crocheting. Initially, she used to blog on Blogger. She later on decided to migrate her blog to WordPress herself. However, she was not able to perform the migration completely. She then contacted us to guide her with the migration. 🙂
What we did?
- Re-migrated her blog and also retrieved a few posts and comments that she had published after self-migration.
- Changed the permalink structure of the blog.
- Updated the Feed URL of the blog.
- Wrote new .htaccess rules to redirect archives and labels.
- Achieved one-to-one redirection of all Blogger posts to WordPress.
